TERESA VILLAS

Repainting completed in 2017

Teresa Villas is a freehold cluster home development located at 116 Bukit Teresa Road, District 4 Telok Blangah.
 
The freehold development is one of the most luxurious residential development in the area with features like private pools, jacuzzi, roof terraces and convenient basement car parking.

Our company was engaged to perform the decorative repainting of the external, plus internal walls for the estate.

VILLAS @ GILSTEAD

Repainting completed in 2018

Villas @ Gilstead is a freehold cluster townhouse development located on Gilstead Road in District 11 Newton. The site comprises bungalow, semi-detached and terrace villas that share a communal setting, yet come complete with their own private amenities like roof top terrace with pool, alongside with its own private basement carpark.

We serviced the estate for the repainting exercise which included restoring the gable feature walls and decorative metal cladding.

THE THOMSON DUPLEX

The Thomson Duplex is a freehold apartment development located at 323B Thomson Road, Singapore 307668, in District 11. Completed in 2010 complete with condominium facilities, it stands 5 storeys tall and comprises 6 beautiful and spacious duplex units.

We are pleased to have been engaged to provide our repainting service for the estate.

7 NASSIM ROAD

Repainting completed in 2017

Seven Nassim is a freehold condominium development located at 7, Nassim Road (S)258374 in District 10. The 4-storey condominium comes with facilities such as a swimming pool, BBQ pits, sheltered car park and 24-Hrs security.

Our company was engaged to do the repainting for the estate.

TANJONG KATONG ROAD

Repainting completed in 2018

128-136 Tanjong Katong Roadapartment is a freehold walk-up apartment situated in District 15, with its own private car park area.

​

We were tasked to perform the decorative repainting of the facades.

WU DE BUILDING

Repainting completed in 2017

Wu De Building is a freehold apartment development located at 6A Beatty Road, Singapore 209946, in District 08. Completed in 1990, this is a 4-storeys walk-up project comprising 10 units.

​

We were engaged to do the repainting of the external and internal plastered walls for the building.

GUILLEMARD APARTMENTS

Repainting completed in 2019

Guillemard Apartments is a freehold apartment located at 30, Lorong 26 Geylang, Singapore 398497, in district 14. Completed in 1984, the 8-storeys project comprises 36 residential units, sitting on a large plot with open-air carpark accessible via its main and rear gates.

We were engaged to do the repainting of the external facade and internal walls for the apartment.

THE AGAPE - AGAPE METHODIST CHURCH

Roof Waterproofing completed in 2021

Agape Methodist Church's building [The Agape] at Yung Ho Road have several uses. It is a commercial property located at 21, Yung Ho Road, 618593 in District 22. The Agape is primarily used for Commercial & Residential/Office rental and sale. They have weekly church services, alongside with social and community services like child-care centres and pre-schools.

We were engaged to do the waterproofing for their roof terrace above the pre-school.

57 @ KOVAN

Repainting completed in 2022

57 @ Kovan is a freehold condominium located at 57 Kovan Road in District 19. It is a 5 storeys development comprising 10 units including penthouses served by own private terrace swimming pools. The estate also deploys a mechanised vehicle parking system.

CHUVILLE

Repainting & Waterproofing completed in 2021

ChuVille is a freehold residential cluster townhouse estate located in 247 Pasir Panjang Road 11860 with each beautiful classic unit approximating 6,500 sqft in size, and sited amidst lush landscaping.

​

With the objective to restore the original architecture's classic paintwork in mind, we were engaged to repaint the individual townhouses as well as waterproof their concrete roof areas.

55 JALAN LIMAU MANIS CORNER TERRACE HOUSE

Repainting & Waterproofing completed 2019

The property is a modern and spacious 3-storey corner terrace house belonging to a successful business owner. The house has been rebuilt on a hill slope plot; it is especially spacious and welcoming for a family home. We were engaged by the owners to provide both internal and external decorative repainting, along with waterproofing for the concrete roof.

55 BOAT QUAY SHOPHOUSE

Roof Waterproofing completed in 2021

This conservation 3-storey shophouse with an attic sits at the bustling riverfront row of Boat Quay. The landlord had commissioned us to undertake the waterproofing of its top floor unit, along with its attic seepage issue. We performed a comprehensive waterproofing maintenance for the pitch roof, gutter, attic wall and window ledges.

4 PARADISE ISLAND DETACHED HOUSE

Repainting and Waterproofing completed in 2020

The owner is an expat who bought this luxurious detached 3-storey house with its own private pool and yacht berth. We were engaged to do external wall repainting with waterproofing treatment.

46 CHUN TIN ROAD TERRACE HOUSE

Repainting & Waterproofing completed in 2021

This is a 3-storey terraced rebuilt on a long-deep plot and extended with an attic floor. The owner has engaged us to do both external and internal repainting for its plastered walls, and to address considerable wall cracks on their gable side walls.

19 TAMAN MAS MERAH CORNER TERRACE

This property is a 3-storey corner terrace with an attic. The owner had engaged us for a comprehensive internal and external decorative repainting of the family home.

25 SWETTERHAM ROAD DETACHED HOUSE

Repainting completed in 2020

This is a top-end detached house faced with mould issue. The owner engaged us for mould treatment and internal decorative repainting for the affected areas in the house.

This is a 4-storey private home built on site with a private basement carpark and swimming pool. We were engaged to perform a decorative repainting of the external walls, along with waterproofing for its flat roof.

18 HARLYN ROAD DETACHED HOUSE

Waterproofing completed in 2019

This is a modern 4-storey detached house in District 11 that comes with its own private pool. The owner engaged us to look into water seepage issues affecting their walls around the property's windows.

GYM FACILITY BUILDING AT GREEN COLLECTION SENTOSA COVE

Roof waterproofing completed in 2020

The Green Collection is a cluster of luxurious modern terrace houses located at Cove Drive, Sentosa. Each unit sit in lush greenery overlooking a manicured golf course in Sentosa. They come with individual private attic pools, shared gym facility and private basement carpark. The landlord had engaged us to do a rooftop sealant work for its gym facility.

PATERSON SUITES

Waterproofing repairs completed in 2019

Paterson Suites is a freehold condominium development that is located at Paterson Road in District 9. The landlord was faced with seepage issues at their balcony decking that is causing inter-floor seepage damages and engaged us to resolve the issue for them.

Waterproofing repairs completed in 2019

The Green Collection is a cluster of luxurious modern terrace houses located at Cove Drive, Sentosa. Each unit sit in lush greenery overlooking a manicured golf course in Sentosa. They come with individual private attic pools, shared gym facility and private basement carpark. We serviced a dozen of units for their respective water seepage and mould issues.

LAKESHORE VIEW DETACHED HOUSE, SENTOSA

Waterproofing repairs completed in 2019

This is a beautiful 9,000 sqft detached house in Lakeshore View at Sentosa. It comes complete with a rooftop swimming pool deck overlooking the Singapore sea view with the cityscape as a backdrop. The landlord was faced with mould and dampness resulting from ground water seeping through a basement wall. We were engaged to provide a temporary respite to slow the ground water seepage, perform anti-mould treatment and restore the damaged wall surfaces.
